At The Sewing Shed Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sewing supplies and home craft kits. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and that fabric has not been cut or washed. Please note that patterns and digital downloads are non-returnable.

Contact Our Team

Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address for our Irish warehouse.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back using a tracked postal service; please keep your postage receipt until the refund is processed.

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
